Gravity cask at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Mahogany brown with a good sized off white covering. Nose is dried fruits, nutty, toffee, dark malts. Taste comprises brown bread, dark malts, jammy berries, earthy, toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Gravity cask at Great British Winter Beer Festival 2023 held in Burton on Trent. Pours dark amber ruby with a beige cap. Aroma: sweet malts, nutty, light grassy. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter. Medium body with fine carbonation. Not bad

Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A dull amber coloured pour with a lasting fine beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, rounded, earthy grains, grass nutty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy green apple, nutt. Palate is semi sweet tangy, melow cask condition. Ok.

Cask (pint) Adibeer style at The Grill. Always a suprise finding something like this that has passed me by. It pours deep red - amber with a thick, well appointed beige head. The aroma is sweet, caramel, toffee, dried fruits, raisin, brown bread, pie crust, wood and leather. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, bitter snap lingers throughout, has a nice warming spice about it, toasted nut, wood, touch of dried fruits in there and light tannin with a drying finish. Moderate body and carbonation (for cask). Condition helps this one out. Nothing to write home about, but drinks fine.

Bottled (Nolia Beer Festival 2018). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some wheat and mild sweetmalts. Flavour is sweet malts, mild wheat and some slight bitter/coriander tones. Lacks carbonation. Served a month after BBE date mark on bottle.

Bottled@Nolia Beer 2019. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some toffee, mild toast as well as some hayish tones. Flavour has pretty much the same elements as the aroma, but also a slight nectary touch to it.
