Description
The Ayr Brewing Company brewed it's first ales in October 2009, and in a short space of time gained numerous awards at both local and national level. As a 5 Barrel Micro Brewery we are currently producing around 60 casks of ale a week and supplying pubs throughout the UK. We are the first brewery in the area for over 80 years and operate out of The Glen Park Hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and our ales on tap in the bar/restaurant.

Cask @ The State. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma: sour fruits and malty. Flavour: malty, fruity. Not special.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, with citrus. Flavour: citrus hops, fairly bitter with a malty backbone. Well drinkable.

The Cloisters, Edinburgh, 2009-12-24 AP: lipton tea colored cloudy body, 1/2 cm beige head. AR: hoppy, honey F: hoppy, honey, smoth nice flavour - tooked me 7 inutes (too fast) to finish this pint (due to the conditions)!!!
