Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As DTU Rye ].ABV: 5.5%. Unclear - hazy matt medium orange yellow color with virtally no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, rye - toasted - rye bread - sour malt - sour rye, messy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, messy, rye, yeasty, rye bread - sour rye - sour malt. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

[ As DTU Seaweed ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt - caramel, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, malt bitter, sweet malt, semi dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Draught, 7% at KØ15. Almost no aroma. Cloudy orange colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is citric with a decent caramelly hop note.
