(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 17003 - tappet 11.05.17 - BB 11.05.19, thanks Rune, 20171202) The beer poured deep amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium small and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was herbal, malty and bitter. A complex but not bad brew.

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Bodø. Dissipating off-white head, spotty lacing, next to clear amber body. Modest smell of dusty hops with a touch of spices. Fine blended taste of grassy hops, mild citrus shells, and spiced caramel. Mid-dry bitter tail. Refreshing and likable. (Tromsø 16.11.2017).

330ml bottle, batch 17010, many thanks to Snegurochka for sharing. Decent white head to a misty warm golden body. Spotty lacing. Grass and caramel nose. Taste of saison fruits, forest, and bread. Rounded ending with distant bitterness. Soft in the mouth. Satisfying. (Session with Snegurochka, TheCellarer and Finn, Tårnrommet, Tromsø 14.11.2017).

Bottle. A clear, golden colored beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Peppery, smoked aroma with piney, citrusy hops. Some pale malts, both in aroma and flavor. Smoked, fruity flavor with peppery, spiced notes and a decent bitterness. It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and with a nice carbonation. Long finish. Not sure if the peppery, smoked aroma and flavor was intended, but it sort of works. Far from very nice though. 171111

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, cheese, smoke and orange. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long malty, orange and light smokey finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

330ml bottle, batch 17007, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Clear golden, firm white head, lacing rings. Smell of yeasty fruitiness and wheat. Doughy taste joined by yeast and mild spices. Mid-sweet fruity end. Too foamy in the mouth. Accepted. (Tromsø 30.10.2017).
