330ml bottle, batch 17010, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. A clear, warm golden body to a decent bubbly, white head. Lacing rings down the glass. Malt-fruity nose, promising. Mixed taste of grass, caramel and herbal hops. Bitter malty-fruity ending. Clean in the mouth. Quite pleased with this one. (Tromsø 30.10.2017).

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber colour with a big light beige head. Fruity aroma of grapefruit, citrus, pine and grass. Strange flavour of plastic bag, smoke and some grapefruit and flowers in the background. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light to medium bitterness. Obviously infected but the aroma is quite nice.

Bottle. An almost see-through amber colored beer with a lively carbonation and a thin off-white head. The aroma is very chili-ish, really delicious actually, but there's not much of the malts and hops to be detected. Some caramel and a light roasted touch only, but some warmth helps, making it more grassy and woody. It's full- to medium-bodied, chili-warming and with a nice carbonation level. Semi-dry, with a distinct chili taste, some grass and vegetables, all on a light malty backdrop. Roasted notes, bread, caramel and even some coffee. Lasting roasted finish with the chili dominating. Even though it's a quite hot beer, it's far from one dimensional once the tastebuds have time to digest the impressions. Not sure if it's a beer I could drink more than one of, but with a rich chili con carne or other rich, meaty food I could probably down a few to chill the palate. 171003

Bottle from Gulating. Slightly unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Quite strong in aroma, fruity like citric and tropical fruits, spicy yeast, not so much wheat impression but there is something else here that’s close to unpleasant, something undefined between perfume and something rotten. It’s not all bad, but not highlighting the beer either. Thankfully nothing of this slightly unpleasant is to be find in the flavor, its actually tasting refreshing and good. Lots of fresh citric fruit, hint of grapefruit, orange peel, fruity yeast, slightly spicy and balanced bitterness. Perhaps more of a hoppy saion than White IPA, but nice and refreshing in flavors.

Flaske fra dagligvarebutikk i Tromsø. Gylden. Litt uklar. Middels høyt skum som daler sakte. Bra ferskenaroma. Smaken er tørket frukt med bryggeriets hus-smak i bakgrunnen. Avslutter tørt.

Flaske 330ml fra Eide Handel. Drukket på Bergstua 14 Sep 17. Gylden. Uklar. Veldig høyt tett skum som daler veldig sakte. Tett lacing. Ferskenaroma. Smaken har bryggeriets hus-preg. Tørr avslutning.

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsag, Tromsø. Clear copper-red body, lasting off-white head, fragile lacing. Moderate doughy nose with coffee notes. Taste of cold coffee and a restrained bite of dried fruits. Not overdone chili touch to the ending. Medium bodied. Satisfying (Tromsø 11.09.2017).
