Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, tobacco, plum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sugry, dark malt, plum - tobacco. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]

[ As Worcester Holy Ground ].Clear medium yellow - orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, fruity, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, citrus, pale malt, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]

[ As Worcester Bramble On ].Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, pale malt, light metalic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]

Cask at the 2016 National Winter Ales Festival, The Roundhouse, Derby. Mahogany coloured pour with an off-white head. Toffee apple and orchard fruit aroma. Orchard fruit and caramel flavour. Nice.

GraviCask, kindly shared by fonefan at The National Winter Ales Festival. Copper coloured body. Dotted spots, minimal head. Lightly roasted malty nose, hints of dried fruits. Blended taste of leafy hops and brown malts. Bittersweet ending. Fine bodied. Pleasant (Derby 19.02.2016).

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, wood, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]
