Cask at the Masons Arms, Amble. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of ginger biscuits, light sweet, light spice. Taste is on the sweeter end of things. Malt and biscuit. Faint ginger. Light spice linger.

Bottle from the Brewery. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of white grape and resin, some lemon zest. Taste is light bitter, pithy, more grape notes, white wine. Clean finish.

22/6/2018. Bottle from Storm Cellar, Whitley Bay. Pours hazy to cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, malt, grass and light pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Quite a decent light APA.

30/4/2018. Cask at Pleased To Meet You, Newcastle. Pours almost black with a creamy tan coloured head - a lovely looking beer. Aroma of moderate roasted malt, milk chocolate, light coffee, vanilla and a little dark fruit. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Quite light bodied, slight creamy texture, very soft carbonation. Some roasting coming through in finish. Enjoyable porter.
