Bottle at BBT 6/2024. 2021 harvest, as it says on the label. This one is a bit bretty and wild too. Med-thin body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light sourness, light tartness and sweetness. Feels a bit off, an acetic hint. Moderate dried fruits, raisiny, grapey. The least good one from the trio, I liked 8% best, 9% average and this one the least. Also interesting that it got the most funk with the highest ABV. But possible the causation went the other way around. Average-ish for me.

BBT 06/2024. Cloudy amber color with white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, grapes, funk. Taste is caramel, malt, grapes, raisins, alcohol. Good sipping beer.

Bottle at BBT 06/2024. Sour fruity aroma and taste with dark malts notes, caramel, funky notes, medium bitter, ligbt to medium sour. Medium to full body, malty caramelly fruity sour and bitter finish with warming alcohol notes. Ok.

Amber color with low white head. Aroma: apples, funk, tart, light acetone. Taste: candyish, dry, slightly tarty, funky, mineral. Full body, moderate carbonation, low bitterness.

BBT 06/2024. Deep golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, grape, light alcohol. Taste starts malty followed by sweet grapes, funk, alcohol.

Bottle from the brewery. 2021 harvest. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light warmth - nicely rounded though, not bothersome. Med-light sweetness. Moderate raisins, dried fruits overall, but lots of the grapes. I can not say I get particularly the winey character, I do not know xynisteri. But it is quite fruity. And holding up pretty well too, after so long time. Quite good overall.

Bottle at BBT 06/2024. Malty aroma and taste, light roastyness, caramel, dried fruit, grape notes, mediu bitter, light sweet. Medium to high body, malty caramely fruity bitter sweer finish. Almost like a barley wine. Ok.
