Pours slightly hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, honey, elderflowers and some fruitiness. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours clear reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, cherry, caramel and burnt sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long cherry and burnt finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours black with a warm burgundy hue and a beige head. Odd aroma which appears to be a blend of diacetyl, sticky sweet cherries and ashes. Medium body, sweet syrupy cherry accents and then this charred and shy malt backbone. It sure ain’t pretty! 030414
