Bottle. A hazy, golden beer topped by a small, white head. Herbal nose with honey and some flowers and orange. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Medium body. Honey, flowers, herbs and a generic fruityness in the flavor, with a nice bitterness level. Long herbal, flowery finish with some grassy notes. A bit herbal for my liking this one, but it’s a decent one. 150808

50 cl. bottle, courtesy from Dad, thanks! Hazy, amber colour with a dense, creamy lightly tanned head. Fruity aroma with caramel, resin, citrus fruits and. Taste is bitter. Medium body with an average carbonation and a creamy texture. Finishes dry and bitter with resin, spruce, caramel and citrus fruits. Very enjoyable IPA. However, a little bit unrefined bitterness - somewhat rough.

50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg.
Aroma has hayish tones, cereal and some resiny notes. Flavour has resin, fruity hops, woody tones and minerals. Finishes with menthol. Quite typical "amber IPA".
