Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Xmas spices in the nose, I believe it’s the cloves coming through. Some diacetyl as well? . Medium body, rich, sweet caramel, again Xmas spices being fairly dominant. Has a slightly coffeeish finishing touch. 250516

Bottle 500ml. [ As Bøgeskov Capricorn Ale ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, fruity, butter, butterscotch, juniper, mouscovado sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, juniper, butterscotch, fruity, caramel - pale ale, dusty, sugary sweet. The butterscotch did not do it for me ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160109]
