Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, berries and buttery. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 090116

Bottle @ my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are berries, butter, orange, fruits and hops. Too spicy and odd.

Amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with herbal and spicy notes. Sweet malty and herbal flavour. Bitter finish.

Bottle, DØE Julefrokost @ Aarhus Bryghus. Pours dark golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, butter, some fruit, spice, berries. Flavor is malt, light sweet, caramel, spice, sweet fruity notes. Medium body, lively carboantion. 161215

Bottle. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hpoppy spicey aroma. moderatre bitter flavor. Some spicey notes. Juniper most present. Average light bitter slightly metallic finish. oily palate.

Fra flaske på Mi2, Cardinal des-15: klar, rødlig kobber med flott skum som varer. Aroma og smak av mørkt sukker, nellik, einer (og muskat?) sammen med et lite innslag av julens appelsiner. Lett syrlighet, balansert og myk. En god juleøl med lett bitterhet.

Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 08.11.15. Clear red amber. Red fruits and sweet dried fruits in aroma and taste. Not bad at all.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.4%. Reddish brown colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Slightly sourish aroma, with notes of brown sugar, orange peel and spices. Fairly fruity and refreshing flavour, hints of both fresh and dark dried fruits, orange peel, cloves and juniper berries. Not bad.
