On tap at SchlossBrauhaus Schwangau after a walk from Campingplätz Bannewaldsee to the castles Friday 22nd November 2019. Pours hazy amber with a white head, light spicy, banana, but definitely more spicy than the standard that we tried yesterday. Btw this is the launch day of this, it's pretty good.

On tap at SchlossBrauhaus, Schwangau, 21st November 2019 after a long walk from Campingplatz BannWaldsee to Füssen and back via here. Pours amber with a white head, good nose, plenty of banana, nice mouthfeel. Good beer, much better than the Festbier, not a top tier Hefe-Weisse but solid nonetheless.

A little spice, toffee and caramel, it's a malty beer and reminds me a little bit of a soft drink. It's fine but not blowing me away.

We took our bikes here from Fussen and parked beside the brewery, which was obviously brewing beer. The nose smelt exactly the same as the wort fermenting. Slightly sweeter than I would like for the style with fermenting wort over a malt accent mouth. Ok.

Deep autumn color. Slightly sweet, malty, soapy nose. The mouth has the same soapiness but has a really nice underlying spicy hop character which I liked. Fairly full bodied and heavy. Not mind blowing but not bad

Cloudy medium dark Amber color. The nose surprisingly shows a fair amount of butter popcorn with banana and cloves. Light body, Fairly well balanced, but the butter popcorn distracts but not a massive massive minus.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, straw and hops. Semi bitter finish.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Schlossbrauhaus Schwangau Helles ].ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151122]

Mild würziger, wenig karamellig und malziger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil würziger, geringe Süße. Okay. 9/9/8/7/8/8
