A nice tropical fruit nose that eases into the flavor, some bitterness but overall a nice IPA. Almost wish it were more sessionable, 6% ABV just pushes it out of range to have a stack of these next to the grill.

Pours a gold from a can. Somewhat overly sweet golden ale, some honey notes in the nose, not too malty not too hoppy as the description says, but not too anything at all. Meh.

Pours a dark chocolate with a khaki head.Lots of bitter coffee and chocolate, classic chocolate and crystal malt porter combo. A little unbalanced with acidity, a little too thin in the mouth, but not horribly so on either count. Okay beer.

Pours a slightly hazed deep gold into a snifter. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Dusty yeast and hay aromas. Soft with cloying yeast and citrus upfront turning to clove and stale banana bread in the medium length finish.

Location: 12 oz can from Nikki's Liquors, 4/10/15.
Aroma: Aroma of lemon, dough, grains, a little spice, and some corn notes.
Appearance: The pour is golden in color, slightly murky, with a small head and minimal lace.
Flavor: Tastes similar to the nose, not as thin as I expected, decent enough overall.
Palate: It has a light-medium body, decent overall mouthfeel, and a lively carbonation.
Overall Impression: This one is pretty solid, for the style. Not a great beer, but you could throw a few of these back pretty easily.

Location: Can at Ogie's Trailer Park, 3/28/15
Aroma: Light hoppy aroma, lemon, grass, pine.
Appearance: Clear good color, small head, light lace.
Flavor: Clean, light bitter flavor.
Palate: Smooth and clean, dry finish, and slightly metallic.
Overall Impression: Love the name. It forces you to do a bad New England accent when ordering, which is always fun.

Location: Draft at Ogie's Trailer Park, 3/28/15
Aroma: Fruity aroma, lightly funky.
Appearance: Orange pour, small head, light-medium lace.
Flavor: Similar flavor, mostly sweet, mild funky notes.
Palate: Decent feel overall, slightly creamy, soft.
Overall Impression: Okay overall, but not a stand-out. Neat bar. Very kitschy, but a fun visit. Okay beer selection, but probably not good enough to be worth an add to the place database.

One of a large number of samples I had at the Extreme Beer Fest in Boston 3/21/32014. Chocolate and peanut butter, nice.

Aroma is slightly floral with fruity esters and yeasty/bready. Color is hazy, dark yellow to light brown with minimal, fleeting head and no lacing. Has medium sweetness and body without alcohol taste, with enough carbonation to deliver a little zip to the tongue without being overpowering. Nice long finish. Nice representative of the style.
