Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear Amber with a lacing, off-white head. Aroma has a bit of spruce perhaps? Medium body, slightly sweet crystal malts - again spruce and/or cardamom perhaps? Whatever spice it's subtle. Sufficient balancing bitterness. But a Pale Ale? No way. 060226

AIH205. Brownish black colour, small brown head. Aroma is caramel, nutty, coffeeish and some ashy tones. Flavour is ashy, some nutty and mild dried fruity tones with mild chocolate too. A bit too dry and ashy for my taste.
