Cask (gravity) @ Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2013, at the University Social Club, Mill Lane, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England CB2 1RX.Light unclear medium to dark red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, berry. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, toffee, caramel, berry tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]
