[ As Clent Cider - Medium (4) ].Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart apples, apple, green apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140813]

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow, no head. Aroma is citric, apples zesty and light sulphorish. Citric, dry and slight herbal. Zesty and dry citric finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 2. Clear pale yellow golden color, no head. Aroma is a bit faint. Taste apple, apple juice, lightly sweet, medium dry. Don’t really like this one.

Polycask at GBBF, Olympia, London, Tuesday 12th August 2014 Pours lemony with a few stray bubbles. Just a little rustic and farmy on the nose but only a little. Quite a pleasant fruity tang, not too sharp and not too soft. if I knew that they were doing anymore I might suggest this as being Medium Dry, but from the limited information I have I have to conclude that this is all they do thus far. very easy drinking for 6%. Very likeable.
