(bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Pitch black colour with a medium-sized beige foamy head. Sweet and distinctively fruity (berries) nose, which covers the dark and roast-malty notes with shy hints of coffee and chocolate. Bitter and acidic flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Roast-malty and sourish fruity taste with a sourish finish with shy notes of coffee and chocolate. Something went wrong here (24.05.08).

Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sour fruits, some roasted malts, a bit yeasty. Flavour is very much the same along weith some wooden hints.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Very dark brown, brief head. Fruity plum aroma with notes of ash. Acidic with some syrupy sweetness. Medium bodied with sharp mouthfeel.Notes of licorice and tobacco befire a metallic finish with ciitrc acid. Not much seem to be right here I’m afraid, but it remains pretty harmless.

Bottle at Chris_o birthday bash 08. Cloudy hazy orange gold. thin beige head. Oddish subtle sherbert hop aroma. Just a bit odd, not sure what it’s supposed to be. Malts are a little syrupy, over carbonated in mouth. Not off, just not going anywhere. Some lemon.

Bottle at Chris_o birthday bash 08. Attractive dark brown/red, with thin beige head. Quite fruity/ash, not a lot of roasted malt. More fruity blackberry/currant. Odd stout.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Week grassy notes.Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. Way to expensive.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour! Nice malty aroma, slightly hoppy. Then the good things runs out. Week but distinct infected flavor. Slightly sour. Short unpleasent finish. Watery palate. Colour indicates that this is a vienna not a pilsener.

Bottle. Frothy off-white fair mostly deminishing head. Red amber-brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Week very week flavor. Short finish. Watery palate and way too flat. Really bad stout!

Bottled. Hazy orange/amber colour with small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, grassyness and mild saltwatery notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild harbal notes as well as earthyness.
