(With Nathan) Clear, bright, very dark brown color with a small white head; aroma of smores, graham cracker, milk chocolate, smooth palate, balanced flavour with a long, medium bitter finish

Slightly cloudy gold body with lasting white head. Light fruity and flowery aroma. Hop forward taste but with a thick malty body. Nice size, pleasant hop finish.

500ml during spontaneous mini-tasting @ Ryan's.
Aroma: American oak, brown sugars, moderately sweet.
Taste: a lot of burnt oak and dark sugars, noticeably bitter, creamy aftertaste. Medium-bodied for the almost 14% ABV.
Overall: enjoyable.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Very dark brown with minimal off white head. Very woody barrel character with very feint hints of cherry from the wood, relatively boozy, touch of nutty roast, medium body. Mostly a showcase of the barrel, the base could be improved a little.

Shared with Josh at Festival of Dark Arts 2026 in Astoria, OR.
S'mores, chocolate, vanilla, quite sweet, noticeable roasted malt. A bit too roasty for me, but it's quality for sure.
