Bottle backlog April 2018. Clear drak brown body with a small beige head. Reather mild in aroma, dark malt, dry fruit and bread. Flavor is sweet, dark malt, caramel, hint of coffee, spicy and moderate bitterness. Fine body and medium aftertaste. OK decent porter at relatively low ABV.

0,33 boks (bb. 02/25) fra Vaaland 1889 sitt pallesalg: klar lys gylden med ok skum. Forsiktig, lett floral aroma og overraskende bitter smak. Barskog, gress, urter og lys malt. Her skjer det ikke særlig mye, håper at Kitty tar seg av restlageret i kjelleren.

Bortimot klar lys brun med hvitt skum. Lukter malt, parfyme og noe urter. Noe litt ekkel blomster/urte smak. Lett og ikke noe jeg kjøper igjen.

Festival sample, Sørlandets Matfestival 2023. Clear brown body under an off-white head. Aroma has caramel malt and yeast. Taste is sweet caramel malt, smooth toffee, toast and moderate bitterness. Balanced body with average aftertaste. Nothing exiting, but not bad at all. A decent Brown ale for the grocery marked.
