Gyldebrun klar med lavt offwhite skum. Lukter eplemust, honning og malt. Smaker bittersøtt av honning, blomster og lett humle. Tykk. Lite kullsyre

08.10.2014, 0,33l bottle sampled @ BBGTC tasting:
Small shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry, light malts, wet dog, weeds, hay, caramel. Taste is slightly harsh, light malts, hay, weeds, paper, sugar, cereal. Medium bitterness, harsh watery mouthfeel. Crap!

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. It’s quite neutral on the nose, flowers, hay, grass, some pine cones and and grains. Nice though. The same can be said about the flavor, with some bitterness towards the finish. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Quite dry. Long finish. Refreshing and quite tasteful. 141003

330 ml green bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Golden colour, low white head. Fresh and fairly strong sweetish aroma with floral, grassy and herbal notes. Typical Czech pilsener flavour, not too sweet, not too dry, with fairly distinct bittering hops throughout. Not too bad.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral and grass. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long crisp and dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy.

Bottle. Pours dark yellow with a small creamy head. Aroma is nice roasted malts with bread and caramel, as well as zesty orange peel hoppiness. Quite full body with a silky mouthfeel, and average carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with bread, toffee and biscuits, as well as some herby saaz hops. Caramel and soft zesty hops in the finish. Nice, mellow and smooth, but a bit too easy on the hops.

On tap at Fossen Bryggeripub and from bottle. It pours a crystal clear dark golden body under a small, dense off-white head. The aroma is quite crisp and hop forward, with pine cones, grass and a faint peppery hint. The malts are present, but left in the back. Lime notes. It’s mediium bodied and quite dry, with a tad too much carbonation on bottle I think. Ok carbonation on tap. Some faint malty sweetness in the flavor, but it’s mostly dry, with a nice bitterness. Pine cones, lime peel hints and some grass, and a little peppery thing towards the finish. Overall, very nice this one, quenching, quaffable and high quality. 140617
