From tap at Cardinal 03.07.15. Served at fridge temperature in a 3 dl snifter for NOK 99. Cloudy pale brown. Diminishing beige head. No lacing. Aroma of grass and earth, with a slight hint of green apples that continues into equally earthy taste. Decent bitterness in taste and longaftertaste. A bit metallic.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy reddish brown colour, creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel and earthy English hops, hints of blackcurrants and blackcurrant leaves. The flavour has warm earthy notes (Fuggles and Bramling Cross hops), hints of blackcurrants and blackcurrant leaves again, some caramel but not really sweet. Moderate bittering hops. A fine autumn beer, also drinkable in summer.
