From tap at Ølfestivalen, Nærbø, 20.10.17. Almost clear golden. Fine beige head. Berries, ripe plums, raw pale malt and yeast in aroma. Fruity taste of fine malt and some malt. Medium low bitterness is lingering on. Appropriately low carbonation.

500ml Bottle (Thanks Cunningham) - Hazy golden in colour. Spicy and citrussy aroma. The taste is citrussy and spicy but also with some noticeable earthy notes. Rough round the edges but has potential.

500ml bottle, batch 119, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Cloudy apricot coloured body. Fine retention to a off-white head. Spotty lacing. Attractive aroma of grapefruit and pineapple. Hop fruity taste profile of sappy orange, spruce and grapefruit. Backbone of wheat. Decent bitter support to the finish. Fine depth and good drinking on a quiet Friday eve. (Tromsø 28.07.2017).

Bottle at home. Lightly cloudy dark straw yellow color with large head that drops easily. Aroma of grass, minerals, sweet, pale malt and wet hay. In the background, fruity Belgian yeast and lightly spiced tones. Hints of cooked vegetables and alcohol. The structure of the flavour is similar with pale malt against the aftertaste. Some citrus in the background. The mouthfeel is light and smooth, easy to medium body and light bitterness. Pretty close to a pilsner and the Styrian hops are evident in the aroma. More malt and hops than typical Belgian. A straightforward and easy-going ale anyway.

Bottle at home. Slightly cloudy, matt yellow-brown color with a white head that stays. The aroma has sweet tones of pale malt, grass, wet hay, and hint of orange peel. Slightly spiced hops and weak tones of DMS. The flavor starts malty with a touch of pale malt, wet hay, peach and ends a little dry with grassy hops. Smooth mouthfeel, easy to medium body and easy to medium bitterness. Clean and nice pilsener profile rather than German type. A little more hop and bitterness should be expected. Balanced and lightweight. Could have had some more carbonation

Bottle at home. Has an unclear yellow color with a large soapy, off-white head. The aroma is fresh and fruity with grassy hops, lemon, herbs and dry hay. More fruity flavour with a touch of Belgian yeast, tropical fruit, spices and pale malt and grass in the end. Have a smooth mouth feel, light to medium body, and light bitterness. Basically a slightly careful aroma given the additions. Is otherwise fresh, fruity and balanced.
