Bottle at home. Has an unclear yellow color with a large soapy, off-white head. The aroma is fresh and fruity with grassy hops, lemon, herbs and dry hay. More fruity flavour with a touch of Belgian yeast, tropical fruit, spices and pale malt and grass in the end. Have a smooth mouth feel, light to medium body, and light bitterness. Basically a slightly careful aroma given the additions. Is otherwise fresh, fruity and balanced.

Bottle at home. Has an unclear yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and is quite fruity. Flavor of citrus fruit, white bread, coriander and grass. Fruity is also the taste of mango, Belgian yeast, citrus, herbs and dry hay. Slightly acidic with a small amount of alcohol. Has a smooth and soft mouth feel, medium body and light bitterness. An excellent wit that sends me to wonderful days in Brussels. Fruity, balanced and very solid.

KØLF 070417. Hazy golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is dry, yeast, oranges, fruit, herbs, spices. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Fra flaske på Malt&Humle (Gladmat 2017), Stavanger: lett uklar, mørk gylden med flott skum som varer. Maltdrevet aroma og smak med behagelige toner av de engelske humlene - krydder, bær og jordtoner. Karamell i maltkroppen, og med en lett krydret bitterhet i ettersmaken. Helt sikkert et anvendelig øl til norske tradisjonsretter.

Uklar gyllen farge med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter grape, fersken, masse humle. Smaker av fruktig og samtidig litt syrlig mot grapefrukt. Lang bitter avslutning. Tommel opp.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy dark amber with light beige head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with grapefruit, peach, pine needles, grit, coarse bread, resin and some caramel. Hints of diacetyl and slightly cooked vegetables. The taste follows in the same footsteps with hops and tropical fruits and pine. The finish is a bit dry with grassy hoppy tones. The malt�s lurking in the background with bread and some caramel. Smooth mouthfeel, light to medium body. Solid and balanced bitterness. A good APA where both the aroma and taste are characterized by the hops. Easy-drinking. Cooked vegetables/cabbage tones are present in the aroma, but only weak in flavour.

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Larvik. Batch #106. Gyldenbrun med et lite rødskjær. Veldig høyt kremaktig skum som etterlater pene filigranser. Lett maltaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lett krydret med karamell i bakgrunnen. Harmonisk & godt øl. Litt bunnfall.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a huge, creamy white head. Mild, typical Saison spicy yeast aroma. Flavor is also rather classic sasion with mild malt, slightly fruity esters, spicy yeast and moderate bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Decent but perhaps a bit anonymous and too sweet in the end.
