Description
PINTA – We brew from the very first day of craft revolution in Poland!
Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Dark brown to black, small brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roasty, spicy, dates, nuts and cardboard. Some maple syrup, wood and light vanilla. Quite complex, quite rich. Smooth, sticky, strong. Sweet. Dark fruit flavour, caramel, vanilla, chocolate. Medium body, soft texture. Quite drinkable. Tonka in the finish. Finishes quite dry.

0.33l bottle from Base Camp. Murky brown body, no head. Bit cakey aroma, malty, some sweet woody touches weirdly. bit of metal, tonka... sweetish. Fun! Smooth taste, medium-dry, bitterish finish, mostly cocoa and tonka, ending a bit too dry. Shows promise in many ways, delivers in slightly less ways, but it's a good, tasty, if a bit too warming beer.

Cytrusy, nafta, owoce pestkowe. Barwa słomkowa, delikatnie opalizujące, piana szybko znika do krążka, brak lacingu. Goryczka średnia, zestowa. Wytrawne, lekkie, smukłe, nie jest wodniste, pijalne. Przyjemne, bez ochów i achów, ale wszystko co powinno być to jest, brak wad.

Nafta, cytrusy, delikatnie słodowe i landrynkowe, odrobina tropików. Barwa słomkowa, delikatnie zamglone, piana redukuje się do niskiej, lacing delikatny. Goryczka niska do średniej, pestkowo-zestowa. Lekkie, zwiewne, pijalne, wytrawne, w punkt nagazowane. To co obiecuje to daje.

Cytrusowe, żółte owoce, delikatna nafta. Barwa jasnozłota, mętne, piana redukuje się do niskiej, ładny lacing. Goryczka zaznaczona, zestowa. Półsłodkie, chmielowe choć trochę stłumione, fajny aromat, dość gładkie. Przyjemna, niezobowiązująca hejzi ipka.

31.10.2027 Aromat słaby czekoladowy, trochę w ciemnych słodów, może kawy trochę
Ciemnobrązowe klarowne piana jasnobrązowa dość obfita.
Smak intensywny goryczka, słodkie w tle na niskim poziomie. czekolada gorzka trochę chmiel.
Nagazowanie wysokie, ciało średnio wysokie dość gumiaste, alkohol ukryty długi finisz czekolady i chmielu.
