Slightly hazy amber colour. Light hop crispness with caramel accents highlight this beer. Honeyish malts, hints of hop - it’s mild but it’s fresh.

Very yellow colour...if it wasn’t a lemon beer I’d be alarmed by its fluorescence. The aroma and flavour are dominated by the lemon. A sweet essence is used so it seems slightly candyish at times, but it is genuinely refreshing. Tasted at the brewery at six months of age, it seemed to me like it was brewed two weeks ago. Cool.

Golden colour. Clean, straw-like malt notes are the main feature, alongside grassy, slightly earthy hops. Bitterness isn’t a big factor but balance is good. Not killer, and too light for my personal tastes, but probably the best-constructed of their beers.

Dark amber brown colour. Slightly spicy, coffeeish, almondy aroma. Slight, thin body is toasty with a bit of coffee.

The most interesting beer at Caskival. Cloudy deep gold, beige head.Lemony nose. Foretaste of lemon, mid and finish are spicy. Surprisingly the two blend well together

At first I thought this was the Lemon Lager, which isn't too bad. Upon checking the tap handle , it definitely said Ale. As soon as I tasted this , it was obviously a different beer. Hazy gold, small white head, no visible carbonation. Had a light lemon nose. The flavor starts lightly lemony, and fades to nothing but a dirty line type flavor

While not widely available this is one of the better amber ales in the area. It has a lightly fruity malt flavor with light dry hop finish.
