Medium brown, very toasty, a fair bit of sweetness, nice alcohol, again quite toasty, so a nice strong porter. Not Baltic though, stylistically speaking.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and some mineraly notes. Flavour is a bit seltzery and boozy, with toasted malt, chewy cocoa, and some alcohol. Not the most well-constructed, but it's alright.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto upfront, with a touch of cherry juice. Flavour is nicely structured, with lacto, salt, and cherries. Salty, citric, lacto-y finish.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, fresh dry hops, and some floral notes. Flavour is nice and complex, with spicy saison yeast, some pepper, and floral hops. Not too estery. This works well.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some pine, weed, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite weedy, with lots of dank, pot-like hops, and biscuity malt. Very smooth and weedy. Excellent.
