Draft. Lemon, ginger, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Lightly sweet lemon, coriander, and wheat malt flavor. Body on the light side.

Draft. Musty apple/peach, toffee malt and straw aroma. Slightly hazy amber with small head. Lightly sweet/musty apple, lemon, malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body on the light side. Nice summer beer.

191214. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, roasted malt, caramel, coffee. Flavour is fruit, roasted malt, caramel, yeast, coffee. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Draft. Orange wheat malt and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet tangy orange malt and light orange peel flavor. Medium body. A nice summer beer.

[ As Turonis Black Light Lager ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, bread notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, chocolate, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141219]

Draft. Dusty chocolate malt and ash aroma. Black with nice tan head. Musty light chocolate and wood ash flavor. Very light body. Pretty dry and thin.

Draft. Cherry, apple, toffee malt, and alcohol aroma. Dark brown with small head. Very sweet cherry, raisin, and toffee malt flavor. Light alcohol finish. Not quite to the point of being cloying but close.

Pours clear and golden brown to deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter and toasted malty. Dry and roasted into the finish.

Clear, glowing dark amber to light brown in color, topped by a dense, beige head of fingerthick size. Some lacings. The aroma is yeasty, fruity and lighlty roasted, with a coffee touch. Some dried fruits in the flavor, with roasted malts and some coffee and sourness. Medium body, smooth and quite dry, finishing roasted and lighlty acidic. Quite decent this one, but nothing more. 141219
