Bottle. It's almost entirely clear in the glass, reddish golden, topped by a small white head. The aroma has a faint touch of dough and yoghurt, with fresh strawberry, some strawberry candy and a pleasant but vague rhubarb touch. It's medium bodied and quite tart on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Rhubarb and strawberry that is, even though not really fruit. There's some bread dough and a faint yoghurt touch in the back. Long fruity finish. Love the rhubarb touch in this one, but the doughy, yoghurty touch I can easily live without. 220119

330 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy orange to brown colour, some yeast floaties, moderate white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and yellow plums. The flavour is way too yeasty, little fruitiness, little bitterness. Waste of money.

Bottle. It's a hazy golden colored beer topped by a small, dense, white head. The aroma is rather dull and uninteresting, some generic fruityness and bready pale malts, with grass, pine cones, pear hints and hay. Sort of reminiscent of organic pilsner fifteen years ago. The same goes for the flavor unfortunately, which isn't too pleasant. Bready pale malts, spent grains, hay, grass and some pine cones. Medium body, soft carbonation and a little sweetness matched by a very gentle bitterness. Medium length finish. Guess the malt is the problem here. 211029

Bottle. It's a faintly hazy candy-red cider with a few bubbles on top. The aroma has a good dash of dark berries, but I'm not really able to detect what berries it is. Apples in the back. Quite pleasant, but a bit gentle I think. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, softly carbonated, with flavors of dark berries and fresh apple. Some apple marmalade, and a touch of grass. More pronounced blackcurrant in the finish. A quite pleasant one, but suffering from the low ABV. 210921

Rødbrun farge med offwhite skum. Lukter som det skal. Jorbær og rabarbra. Syrlig og helt klart smak av rabarbra. Men også sitron i avslutningen. Syrigheten sitter i lenge.

Masse lakris i hvert fall. Sikkert ikke bra for blodtrykket. Er den oksydert?
