Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, hint of citrus and plastic, Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a fruity finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Cardinal . Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, orange, spices. Flavour is roasted malt, pepper, caramel, yeast, orange, spices. A wonderful christmas beer.

From bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 09.11.14. Almost black. Beige head. Very herbal aroma aroma and taste. Also a hint of vegetables and bog myrtle.
