Taster showing dark opaque vinous red.

The nose shows deep notes of rich and sweet bing cherry.

The palate is medium bodied and extremely cherry forward. Lighter vinous notes in the background with a mild astringency and tartness.

Thanks Sam for sharing the bottle! Wine glass showing slick black with no head.

The nose shows intense notes of deep roasted nuts.

The palate is thick and oily with barely any carbonation. Balanced sweetness with intense nutty notes throughout. This is something else.

Taster showing pale amber with a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of sweet cake and pastries.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately sweet with balanced flavors of birthday cake and carrot cake followed by a mild bitterness.

Taster showing vinous red.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of bing cherry.

The palate is medium bodied. Pure cherry juice. Mild tartness with a perfect ripe cherry sweetness throughout. One dimensional but done extremely well.

The nose shows sharp notes of ginger snaps.

The palate is light bodied. Moderately sweet with a lot of bramble with balanced notes of baking spice throughout.
