A blank canvas is something that has motivated us and excited us since day one. The idea that we can create something from nothing, and make it our own. This beer was brewed true to our style. Maintaining a strong, aromatic hop character and a rich flavor profile, it is perfect to toss in your bag for a hike up Camel’s Hump, a day at Oakledge, or a day skinning up Mansfield.

We hope to brew this beer on a semi regular basis and have it present for the events we like to participate in and sponsor in the community. Art shows, concerts, fundraisers. The can has a completely blank side to it, for its drinker to do with what they please. Paint on it, draw on it, write your name, make a cartoon, or, leave it blank. Do what you want with it, it’s your canvas. But please, enjoy it.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: chalky yellow haziness with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, pine, oranges and lemon hop notes with a clean crackery malt base
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together for a wonderful bittersweet juiciness; finishes light with the pineapple and lemon tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done flavorful easy drinker of a NEPA. I would have again.

Can shared with others. Pours a near clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy citrus and a light soapy note with a bit of grass and light grain underlying. Flavor has a soapy citrus and a good amount of grass with light grains backing.
