Bottle picked up from Fristo Getrankemarkt, Marktheidenfeld and consumed at home Thursday 30th October 2025 after a visit to Dampfbierbrauerei for a brewery trip earlier. Is it a lively pour or was I just a tad careless, probably the latter. Pours hazy gold/light amber with a huge frothy white head, nicely soft in the mouth, very drinkable considering the 6.8%abv, fresh, bannoffee comes through, wheaty, it's nicely warming but I like the freshness. This is very enjoyable.

Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkt and consumed at home Monday 27th October 2025 listening to Just Mustard - We Were Just Here, we're cooking a vegetable stew for tea, using parsnips, kohlrabi from the garden. Pours hazy gold but not so hazy for a wheat beer, there's a mid sized white head. As expected it's a bit thin in the mouth, there's a little wheatiness but really very little else to write home about.

Can picked up from Tesco or Morrisons in the UK,I thi think 🤔, had this at home Sunday 26th October 2025 after a short walk up to the pub Gasthof zum Sonnewald, Schofweg, listening to Bon Iver - SABLE, fABLE. Pours light amber, hazy with a small/mid sized white head, however the head didn't last long and this is my only real criticism, the carbonation could be a bit more, it lacks a little. Piney and with some citrus touches, notably grapefruit. Bitterness is about right for a Westy, malty backbone taste is good but just wish it could be a little bit more of everything, perhaps I am being too critical, it's decent.

Bottle picked up from somewhere, forgot where 😄. Had this Saturday 25th October 2025 cooking Lasagna and listening to Amyl and the Sniffers. Pours amber, slight haze, mid sized off white head. Initially I wasn't too struck by this but I persevered and it's fine, middling fruitiness, light malts, caramel, hoppiness and bitterness are very subtle, a little basic and only a few notches above homebrew.

Bottle at an Asian restaurant (fine but not great) then bottle at Zur Wache (much, much better), Marktheidenfeld Friday 24th October 2025 after a 7-8 hour drive from Hoek Van Holland. Initially the pour at the restaurant was hazy yellow with only a small white head but then the pour at Zur Wache was much better, there was a huge white foamy head, cloudy yellow, yeast slowly falling into the body of the beer, it looked great. This is a solid Hefeweisse on flavour and aroma, light tang had at but classic yeastyiness with elements of banana and wheatiness and a little background clove, we really liked this, tasted very good and the best of the Martinsbräu beers thus far.

On tap at an Asian restaurant (fine but not great) then draft at Zur Wache, Marktheidenfeld Friday 24th October 2025 after a 7-8 hour drive from Hoek Van Holland. Pours light gold, almost clear, actually it's definitely clear, nice soft mouthfeel, a little dry, however not as crisp as hopped, also bitterness light to middling, actually after the next beer at Zur Wache this is a improvement, actually great clarity, still lacking a little bitterness, oh wait after the Kellerbier you really notice the bitterness, good stuff.

Pours gold/yellow with a large white head, excellent pour, very good Kellerbier, fresh, clean aroma, a little spritzy, soft mouthfeel, nice carbonation. a little creamy soft edge to this, light maltiness, there's a gentle fruity tang.

Can picked up from Tesco St Peter's, Worcester consumed this at Mum and Keith's, Wednesday 22nd October 2025 after a curry with Mum, Keith and Mike and a pleasant couple of hours in TripelB earlier. Pours hazy pale/mid gold colour with a mid/large white head. Citrusssy in the mouth with sweet orange, mandarin and a little pink grapefruit. Nice mouthfeel, good carbonation, the nose has similar notes to what I picked up in the mouth. Good beer.
