Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, large white head. Aroma: Malty, grainy hints. Taste: Malt, grainy, some yeast, hoppy backbone. Moderate sweet and bitter, a little more bitterness at the finish. Medium body, just above average carbonation.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty,ffuity notes of stone fruit and some banana. Taste: Malty, fruity esters (some stone fruit, yellow fruit, hints of banana) Grainy hints, hoppy backbone. Light to moderate sweet, light bitterness. Just over medium body, just above average carbonation.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish brown, beige head. Aroma: Spicy cloves, malty. Taste: Spicy cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon. Malty. Some sweetish buckwheat at the finish. Mostly spices. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Too much spices for me.

Bottle. Color: Hazy ambrr, off-white head. Light color for a Quad. Aroma: Malty, some candy sugar, boozy hints. Taste: Malty, some white sugar and candy sugar, subtle boozy notes. Light hints of almond. Hoppy backbone. Over moderate to medium sweet, light bitterness. Mostly sweetish, one dimensional. Although it has subtle boozy notes, the 10% ABV is pretty well hidden. Nice attempt, but not in any way matching the better Belgian and Dutch Quadrupels I've had. Anyway... I was surprised to find a Quad in France and still glad to have had the chance to try this beer.
