Taste is sweet malty, roasty, molasses, caramel, toffee, with chocolate, coffee, liquorice, dried fruit, and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Orangey golden colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, flesh, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, juicy, fruity, with hint of acetic funk, some woody oak, vanilla and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, slight funk. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, alittle caramel & funky hints, with some acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Gluten Free. Amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, toffee, yeast, fruit. Taste is sweet malty, burnt caramel hint, toffee, with some yeasty fruity notes, alittle tartness and drying tangy bitterness. Smooth medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet malty bitter finish. Quite OK.
