The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and crisp malt sweet finish.

Half pour draft in a Kolsch type glass at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is fresh hop, resin, hint of onion, body odor and then tropical fruits. The taste is the resin onion up front, quickly followed by bright tropical grapefruit and finishes crisp and dry with more of the resin. The palate is medium to light bodies, active carbonation level and the crisp resin and softly mineral finish. Nice one.

Half pour draft in a Kolsch type glass at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear pale golden with a nice small white head and visible carbonation bubbles. The aroma is crisp fresh cereal malt, hint of rice and soft sweetness. The taste is crisp and fresh with the cereal malt, bright rice character and a bit of mineral towards the back. Very fresh. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the crisp cereal malt and mineral finish. Quite tasty.

The aroma is tropical fruit, dank, resin and a clementine orange fruit. The taste is dank, pineapple citrus, pine resin and finishes with cracker malt. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and the resin dank dry mineral finish. Fresh and tasty.

The aroma is nutty malt, soft toffee, and a touch of grass. The taste is the nutty malt, a bit of apple fruit, muted malt toffee sweetness, and finishes with more of the nut. The palate is medium to light bodied with decent carbonation and a clean malt sweet and nut finish. Solid.
