Visited right after they opened on a Wednesday afternoon. Large farm layout, with a big building with a ton of tables, and even bigger sprawling outdoor space. Everything is very well done and pretty. 20 beers on, full draft pours and several options for to go beers. The service was very friendly and the vibe was a nice mix of regulars and folks visiting the brewery as a destination. I wish I would have had more time, I really liked this place.

Shaker pint draft at Hopkins Farm Brewery in Havre de Grace, Maryland. The pour is clear darker golden with a limited white head. The aroma is caramel malt, along with a touch of sweet floral. The taste is grainy biscuit sweet malt, clean and fresh, then finishes dry with a soft earth floral. The palate is light bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry clean mineral softly sweet finish. Nice.

Shaker pint draft at the Butcher on the Bay in Havre de Grace, Maryland. The pour is a slight haze golden orange yellow. The aroma is soft grass, floral, earth cracker grain malt. The taste is earth, pine resin, dry floral and the fresh cracker cereal malt. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the very dry mineral resin. Quite well done.

Visited on a Monday night with Eugene. Easy to find at a major intersection, with plenty of parking available in the lot. The building itself is broken into a couple of rooms, and a large bar. There is also what appears to be a stage area outside with additional seating. The beer selection is 16 beers, half of which are from “Nessecity Brewing” which seems to be the house brewery. Full or half pours. The food menu and quality was solid. Service was prompt. The trivia night that was happening seemed like a good time.

12 oz tulip draft at Fallston Barrel House in Fallston, Maryland. The pour is slightly hazed orange amber with a small off white head. The aroma is floral, soft resin hop and a whisper of cereal malt. The taste is clean, with a nice balance between the floral hop and the softly sweet cereal malt. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, and a clean floral resin finish. Solid.
