Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Light yellow/orange gold and hazy with a small ring of white head. Light citrus hop on the nose, some melon and stone fruit. Taste is sweet with citrus jokes and a drier bitter finish. Missing something somehow, it doesn't seem to pack any punch. Thin body with heavy carbonation. Weirdly hollow although drinkable enough.

Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Pours mid-gold and very hazy, not much head to speak of. Powerful aroma of pineapple, emotional creams, melon, some pine. Taste gives stone fruit, light creamy tropical fruit, a bit of spice and a sweet herbal character. Turning slightly bitter on the finish. Medium body, pretty flat. All in all good.

Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Light gold and hazy with a small white head. Aroma of gentle vanilla malt, some stone fruit. Sweet taste, more vanilla here and a hint of hop. Light body with low carbonation. Not much to it but I guess that is the point. It's pretty good for 0.3%.

Draught keg at the 2025 Rutland CAMRA Festival, the County Museum, Oakham. Light gold and hazy with a very, very thin white head and a tiny amount of lacing. There's very little aroma for a high-ABV beer: light malt and citrus notes but nothing too definite. Sweet taste with tropical fruit bitterness in the finish. Nicely rounded bitter finish. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. Surprisingly anonymous but still very refreshing.

Gravity cask at the 2025 Rutland CAMRA Festival, the County Museum, Oakham. Usually I go through rates in the same pattern: appearance, aroma, taste, finish, texture, summation. I'm starting this one by saying that this is possibly one of the sweetest beers I've ever had from a proper brewery. I like my sweet beers but this is something else. It is tawny brown, mostly clear with a very loose and uneven off-white head. Aroma of sweet fruits, super-sweetened tea. Taste... well I must admit that the finish has some bitterness but that is after the crazy sugar hit. Notes of mango and papaya (coated in sugar, hollowed out and filled with sugar). It's a good beer in ways I guess but the sweetness made it impossible for me to rate it objectively.

Gravity cask at the 2025 Rutland CAMRA Festival, the County Museum, Oakham. Mid- to dark gold and clear with an uneven thin film of off-white head. Lightly woody aroma with slight notes of sweet spice. Taste is disappointingly sweet, a bit toothless with some weak caramel syrup. Light to medium body, a bit flat and oily. Not great.

Gravity cask at the 2025 Rutland CAMRA Festival, the County Museum, Oakham. Light golden and clear with a loose uneven film of white head. Grapefruit aroma, some stone fruit, light floral and grassy character. Full bittersweet taste with an intense amount of tropical fruit and lime juice. A tongue-coatibg bitterness for the long and slightly drier finish, not really bitter but more of a 'tang'. A lot of layers to this.
