nuplastikk Profile - Brewver (Dev)

750ml bottle. Cork comes out with a nice loud thud, but no gushing. Quite different than you would expect from the name, there is not really any white chocolate, cocoa, or chili pepper tone that jumps out in your face. Body is superb, clean and effervescent, with a dry, herbal hop finish..perhaps the chili peppers add to that. Perhaps missing the target, but in an excellent way. This is a great Belgian Ale, sort or a gruit feel, lots of subtle herbal nuances. Body really carries it. Awesome lemon-lime saison tone comes out the more it breathes, so does the chili pepper. White Chocolate was handled perfectly, never giving a candy bar pastry tone, just that nice balance. Awesome beer.

16oz can. Rather solid juicy IPA. Doesn't have much bitterness, so I'd say West Coast is a stretch, but probably the most enjoyable IPA I've had from them. Mosaic is solid, delicate blueberry notes, some juicy fruitish mild Strata feels too. Not a lot of malt depth, presumably dextrose pushed. Solid beer.

Tap at Triple Taproom. Really sweet, really heavy. Maple and coffee come through strong. Great morning Stout to share among friends or yourself. A little syrupy, but bold and rich and flavorful too. Like an even more sugary, pronounced KBS. Good for what it is.

Tap at Triple Taproom MKE. Really nice interplay between the big malts and the big barrel. Captures the English Barleywine flavor while building on it with barrel depth. Big obviously, but rather drinkable. Good.

500ml bottle. Not really a good beer, at least in the shape it is when I drank it. Stale, gross aroma. Cheap, failed Czech beer more or less. Good for drinking on the streets of Poland perhaps for under a dollar. Not worth much more.

750ml bottle. $13.99. Mixed culture Saison. Gets odder every sip. Aroma is a little unpleasant. Still kind of nice, mostly because of the pleasant carbonation. Lemon-lime, apple vinegar sour notes. Almost some fleshy persimmon notes. Mild nutty touches from the buckwheat. Better when you don't think of it as a Saison. Unique, worth a try.
