16oz can c/o Ryan. Intense hop tone, has some nice bitterness, fullness not typical for the style. Perhaps I am digging the Topaz. Either way, this is quite nice and holds up well even 3+ months out from canning. Great appearance, opaque orange with an oh so steady, frothy, white head. Solid for the style, enjoyable for sure.

16oz can c/o Ryan. APA taken in a couple odd directions, particularly the sorghum, which adds an odd sweetness. A little stale tasting, but still drinkable. Earthy, old school, with odd twists. OK.

What an awesome strong ale. I can see why you might call it a Doppelbock, but it has left that mostly behind. More akin to the monster Barleywines and Imperial Stouts of today, without the crappy flavoring or overloaded sugary feel. Deep caramel over sherry notes. Just a fantastic beer.

16oz can. Awesome hop aroma, lots of depth. Strata perhaps stands out the most but a lot going on for sure. Has some bitterness. Clean, straightforward body. So much hop depth, all over the place. Fresh and lovely. Awesome stuff.

16oz can. Rather excellent Mexican lager. Some decent malt depth, smooth and easy. Mild corn perhaps. Really has some depth for the style. Quite excellent.

8.5oz bottle c/o Ryan. Thanks! Quite a funky aroma, Big leathery brett tones sort of taken in strange directions by the hops. Drinks big for the ABV, sort of a deep alcohol soaked grape flavor. Unique, leans into the brett a lot.
