Flavours were citrus fruits, grapefruit, mango, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had citrus fruits, resin and bitterness. A tasty and very dry hoppy brew.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20260513) The beer poured yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, grass, fruitiness and lightly banana. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, banana, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had clove, spiciness and bitterness. A rather traditional hefeweizen which means good.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20260513) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had pine, resin, citrus fruits and creamy toffee. Palate was medium and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, citrus fruits, creamy toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had resin and bitterness. This is a true old fashioned IBU wars beer.

Flavours were grass, honey, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste had grass, hay and bitterness. A nice malty brew with grassy hops.
