A good and balanced brew with clean malt flavours.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, toasted malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had caramel, toasted malts and bitterness. A tasty malty brew with clean hop notes. A little bit too sweet.

Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, sweetness, alcohols and lightly ashPalate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, alcohols, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, alcohol burn and bitterness. Initially a tasty brew but after a few sips hard to finish.

(Growler, 0.75l, from the brewery, 20260227) The beer poured yellow and opaque. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits,grapefruit, mango and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, citrus fruits, tangerine, pineapple, something familiar but escapes my brain and bitterness. Aftertaste had citrus fruits, tart fruits and bitterness. Tasty.
