Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavours were smoke, fruitiness, grass, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was smoky, fruity and bitter. A nice smoky brew.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20240913) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, dense, white and it lasted long. Aroma had toasted malts, toffee, earth and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, grass, earth, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had earth, toffee and bitterness. A tasty but bit too fizzy brew.
