750mL bottle. Pours a murky golden orange with a white head. Earthy yeast, plenty of must, plums (or maybe another stone fruit), and a bit of an oaky barrel character on the nose. Flavour has an earthy yeast, fermented stone fruit, a bit of must; has a bit of an odd fermented fruit character. It's nice, but maybe a bit less well-calibrated than some of Dunham's other stuff.

500mL bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a minimal head. Dark brown sugars, dried fruits, a touch of vanilla, and plenty of woody bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has burnt toffee, maple sugars, bourbon barrels, some char; dried fruits have taken the background. Has a really nice oxidation character that accents the beer very nicely. A bit sweeter than the nose suggests, but has a really nice balance between complex sugars and barrel character. Excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a gold tint. Nose has a nice wild yeast character and semi-dry apples. Flavour has nice musty yeast expression, apple skins, some dry grassy hay. Not super complex, but nice and dry with decent yeast expression.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a small white head. Cracker malts, rice, and some dry grassy pine on the nose. Flavour is fairly dry, some rice character, fairly grassy, some mineral character; a bit light on the hops. More brut and less IPA. It's okay, but I think needs a bit of tuning.

500mL bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a minimal, fast-fading head. Loads of woody bourbon barrel character, roasted malts, and burnt sugars on the nose. Flavour has an incredibly rich bourbon barrel character, burnt sugars, tons of woody oak, molasses, vanilla, a touch of espresso. A bit of boozy heat on the finish, but very smooth. Great barrel expression and very easy to drink for the ABV. The body is very well-calibrated, neither too heavy nor too light. This is excellent.
