Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes with vanilla and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and vanilla with faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average with and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable but nothing earth shattering.

Can: Poured a clear golden yellow color Helles with a large white foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some dry floral hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some grassy floral dry hoppy notes and a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good Helles with good drinkability.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of wild yeats with some funky esther, some rustic malt notes and light tart and oak notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of wild yeast notes of funky esther with some oak notes with a vinous tart finish. Body is about average with excellent carbonation. Wonderful mix of high-level complexity with some very good drinkability.

Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some peachy/tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some peachy/tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is somewhat full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice drinkability but juicy hops notes could have been more amped up and body could have been creamier.

Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice drinkability but juicy hops notes could have been more amped up.

Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some smoked peppers and light spicy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Unique and enjoyable chipotle based beer.
