Brewpub located in the middle of Hanoi and not too far from the old town. Good choices of many beer styles with good service. Nice place to stop by to get a break from the regular bia.

Draft: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some cocoa and vanilla notes with some discernible cinnamon notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some vanilla and discernible cinnamon notes with some cocoa and a slightly bitter finale. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable stout with a good amount of flavours.

Draft: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of slightly bitter citrusy hops notes and with some floral undertones. Taste is a mix of slightly bitter hops notes with some citrusy hops and some light bitterness. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well made session IPA.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some vinous notes, oak and light grapes notes. Taste is a very flavorful mix of vinous notes with some tart notes, some oak and funky ester with some grape notes also noticeable. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Well made sour with great vinous notes.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA but juicyness could have been more amped.

Nice brewery located just off the main road in what looks like an old barn building. Setting is really nice with a great patio. Good selection of beers and plenty of drinks to go. Worth a stop when in the area.

Huge brewery located on the hill close to Picton with an incredible view. Piece of land is huge and house a brewery, tasting room, store, tacos place and large backyard with lawn games. Great selection of beers and really good vibe.

Draft: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh peaches notes with some light citrusy hops undertones. Taste is also a mix of dry fresh peaches with some citrusy hops undertones and a mostly dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed flavoured NEIPA with good balance between fruits and hops.
