Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some light spices and some bitterness. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some spices and light oak with some faint residual sugar notes and a slightly bitter finish. Body is below average and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Interesting but a tad too thin for the style.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a white foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of cereal notes with a light grainy feel and some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with light grainy notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Ok but it does show some flaws.

Body is a bit thin for style with good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Interesting mix but a tad too thin for the style and almond notes are hard to distinguish.

Bottle: Poured a golden color Lambic with limited carbonation. Aroma of tart notes with some oka and light funky esther. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some oka notes and light funky esther. Body is about average with low carbonation. Easy drinking Lambic but lacking depth and complexities.

Draft: Poured a clear golden yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light dry hoppy notes and faint residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some faint floral dry hoppy notes and a mostly semi-dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great lager with excellent drinkability that hopefully will be brewed often.

Aroma of Belgian malt with some residual candi sugar notes and some peppery yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of Belgian malt notes with some residual candi sugar notes and spices/peppery yeast notes. Body is full with excellent carbonation and no real discernible alcohol notes.Superb Belgian tripel and incredible hommage to the original.
