2020 - 2021 edition from Gist, Brussels. It pours crystal clear copper with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, fluffy, musty, lemon peel, gooseberry, pear & apple skin, minerality, woodruff, sandalwood and dirt. The taste is crisp, bone dry, funky, musty, barnyard, leather, tannin, nutty, gooseberry, preserved lemon - lime, minerality, white grape skinz tannin, leather and a touch of grape skin. Medium body and fairly high, fluffy carbonation. Decent lambic, but perhaps not so much depth.

Vintage 2020-2021. Clear golden, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of wood, hay, straw, white grape, vinegar, green apple, wet grass, cheese. Taste has sour green apple, plum & white grape in a bready malt body; complemented by bitter hay & straw and funky cheese. Tart finish, mainly dry wood & hay lingering, softly lactic. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Enjoyable, mostly dry, lacks some funk intensity.

Pours hazy, dark blonde? Huge white head. Scent is funky, but fairly mild. Bit generic, but not off by any means. Taste is full, very funky, mostly herbal. Sounds less good than it is though. Buttery, vanilla, herbal (twigs) . medium carbonation and body. Apparently this is blended by a Bobbi, who is an actual brewer (not brewing lambic though) using lambic from Den Herberg.

Flaska från Etre drucken med ölföreningen. Fin utvecklad och mångnyanserad doft. Mycket fat, funk, ost, stall/gödsel, syrlig äpplen. Smaken är snäll och kanske lite platt. Syra lam men dofterna bär och gör den till en positiv lite annorlunda upplevelse. Gott

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, funky, hay. Taste: Moderate tart and light to moderate sweet. Funky notes, subtle citrus hints, sweetish white grape and hay, hints of wood. Pretty much carbonation. Dry-ish and sweetish, slightly sticky, funky finish. Maybe a bit too young, but too sweet and too carbonated for me and lacking complexity. Ok start but needs quite a lot of finetuning to get more interesting in the growing field of Lambic / Geuze producers.
