0,33 l bottle from their brewhouse St. Pauli. BB 01.06.26. A darkest red brown in the glass, small one finger pale beige head. Looks good. Malty aroma, some choco and berryfruity elements in the background. Taste is thick malty, low fruity sweetness in the background. Thick texture. Low bitterness, below average carbonated. Nice one.

0,5 l bottle from an eastern Europe supermarket in town. BB 08.06.26. Clear mid golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Caramel and smooth grainy aroma. Tastes the same but on a lower level. Little bit sweetness. Soft bitterness. Above average carbonated. Okay.

0,5 l can from Lidl. BB 27.10.26. Black in the glass, short living one finger beige head. Low choco aroma, grainy, not not really roasted as epected. Taste starts more on the roasty side, some sweetness und chestnut, present lactose. Soft alcoholic. Little bit dry at the end. Not bad at all.

0,5 l bottle from a local eastern Europe supermarket. BB 30.05.26. Clear deep golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Soft grainy caramel aroma. Taste has also some grain and caramel. Little bit cardboardy, some increasing metallic bitterness to the end. Below average carbonated.

"Eisbrecher Verkostung" at the Brewhouse. Glass in the middle. Produced out of their Senatsbock and acordding to the brewer around 12 % abv. Cloudy brown in the glass. Taste is malty, some present fruity, mild bitterness. Boozy. More pleasant than the version of the year before.

"Eisbrecher Verkostung" at the Brewhouse. Glass on the right. Produced out of their Senatsbock and acordding to the brewer around 12 % abv. Cloudy reddish brown in the glass. Taste is dry malty, some sourness, mild bitterness. Boozy. Little bit rough.

"Eisbrecher Verkostung" at the Brewhouse. Glass on the left. Produced out of their Rotbier and acordding to the brewer around 8 % abv. Cloudy reddish orange in the glass. Taste is sweet fruity, malty with present bitterhop. Pleasant boozy. Nearly easy to drink.
