Standard JDW with six casks on. Most were fairly common but we did manage to find two new ticks. Given the limited options in Stirling this is among the best in town.

Cask @ Crossed Peels, Stirling. Toxic blue green with a white head. Looks like toxic waste in a movie. Aroma is sweet, malty and blueberry cake. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. Meh. 230726

Stirling isnโt much of a beer town as far as I can tell, so if you find yourself here for other reasons like I did, this is a decent option to at least get a couple of cask ales in good condition. There were four on at our visit including a guest from Orkney.

This is a very good place for ticking local beers, when you have done the worthwhile pubs and bars in Inverness. The beers are all refrigerated, so you can tick them straight away while sitting in the food court. We did around 15 and could easily have gotten more.
