Gurthnar Profile

Does not deliver at all. Thin bod, med-high carbo. Lots of musty, damp basement, and unpleasant earthy-grassy hops character. Not good at all, where did all of the flavour go?

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5

Med-thin body, med carbo. Feels slightly oxidated, some diacetyl too. Hard to be 100% confident though, because it is immediately followed by high chilli heat and also peppery paprika flavour. Hard to drink for me, but overall okay.

Med bod, med carb. Med-high bitter, med-light candyish malt, light caramel. Med citrusy, and generally fruity hoppiness. Good, very classic in the ČIPA-ish style. Goodish, not great tho.

Thinnish body, med carbo. Med sourness, clean lacto. Light pumpkin, light ginger. Hint of spices. Overall boring, underdelivers. Average. Drinkable.

Med body, med carbo. Med-high bitter, med-light sweet, rather dry. Medium diacetyl. Medium pumpkin, light spicing, which is nice, pumpkin coming through. Goodish.

Med body, med carbo. Med sweetness, med bitterness. Slightly off balance. Also hops character is rather generally fruity, with medium over-ripeness present. Light gooseberry besides. Light grassy with a bit of citrusy zestiness. Overall average.

Low carbo, thin body. Med sourness, restrained. Light acetic only. Medium birch bark presence, mixes well with medium funk. Good one, altho could use more complexity and some bubbles.
